Four modes of clinical engagement.
The clinic offers four structured ways to work: one-to-one therapy, workshops and training, online courses, and institutional consultancy. All delivered by the same clinician, to the same standard.
§ 01
individual therapy
Format
weekly / fortnightly
Duration
50 minutes
Investment
£175 per session
Delivery
in-person · online
A dedicated hour, every week, that is entirely yours.
Open-ended and time-limited psychotherapy for performers, public figures, and people in the performing arts professions.
The work is shaped by what you bring. Some people come in acute difficulty — a crisis of confidence, an abrupt career change, a relationship that has buckled. Others come with something more cumulative: a long pattern they have noticed but not understood.
Modality is matched to you, not imposed. The clinic draws on CBT, IPT, MBT and psychoanalytic approaches — in practice, what that means is that the work adjusts to what your particular situation calls for.
The clinic is currently fully booked for individual therapy and is only accepting new patients by referral. Join the waiting list to be notified when a space becomes available.

A workshop is a clinical intervention for the whole room.
Half-day, full-day and two-day workshops for conservatoires, companies, orchestras, agencies and sports bodies.
Workshops are available on request. Each booking is assessed individually to ensure the work is the right fit for your organisation and group. To make an enquiry, use the booking page to tell us what you are looking for.
Make a workshop enquiry →A focused 3-hour session — best for a single theme (performance anxiety, audition psychology, or post-production recovery).
Morning and afternoon with a working lunch. Combines psychoeducation with skills practice and individual reflection.
The deepest format — enough time to build a shared language and practise regulation skills under mild pressure.

§ 03
online courses

self-paced / live cohort

6–12 weeks
Investment

A clinical programme you can carry into a tour, a run, or a gap year.
Self-paced and cohort courses built on original doctoral research — and available as individual or institutional licences.
Online courses are the clinic's primary offering at launch. The first programme — The Resilient Performer — is a 12-week psychoeducational course in emotion regulation for professional performers.
Work at your own pace, in your own time. Drip-released weekly, with lifetime access to the material.
A small group (8–16) working through the same material together, with live Q&As and shared reflection.
The Resilient Performer — 12 weeks
The flagship programme: emotion regulation for professional performers, grounded in doctoral research. Draws on MBT, CBT, and IPT.

Delivery
on-site · remote
Embedded clinical support — built into how your institution works.
Retainer-based or project consultancy for companies, schools, agencies and sporting bodies who want sustained clinical input.
This is not a workshop that ends when the day does. Institutional work means becoming familiar with your particular environment — its pressures, its culture, its specific points of friction.
The clinic has worked with conservatoires, sports academies, literary agencies and arts organisations. The work might include staff training, student welfare support, policy review, or clinical supervision.
Institutional work is available on request. Each engagement is scoped individually depending on the organisation, its needs, and the shape of work that would be most useful. To make an enquiry, use the booking page to describe your organisation.
