What data we collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
Contact information — your name, email address, and telephone number when you submit an enquiry, join the waiting list, or make a booking.
Clinical information — if you become a client of the practice, we collect information relevant to your care, including session notes and correspondence. This is special category data under UK GDPR and is handled with the highest level of care.
Payment information — when you purchase a course or service. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Website usage data — anonymised data about how you use this website, collected via cookies (see the Cookie Policy section below).
Journal privacy
Journal entries written inside the course platform are completely private. They are stored encrypted at rest, protected by row-level security so that only your account can access them, and neither Julia nor the Performer Clinic team can read them. Journal entries are permanently deleted when you delete your account, which you can do at any time from your settings page.
